Refund Policy
At Khushi Foundation , we deeply value your generous contributions and support toward our mission of social welfare, education, and community development. As a non-profit charitable organization, we rely on donations to carry out our activities and services. To maintain transparency and trust, we provide the following guidelines regarding our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Donations Are Final and Non-Refundable
All donations made to Khushi Foundation through any payment method (online or offline) are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed successfully, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except in exceptional circumstances as described below.
- Exceptional Cases Where Refund May Be Considered
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund request under the following rare conditions:
- Duplicate Transactions: If you accidentally made the same donation twice.
- Incorrect Amount Entered: If the amount donated was significantly different from your intended donation due to a typographical error.
- Technical Glitches: If a transaction failed or was not completed but the amount was still deducted from your account.
In such cases, please submit a refund request within 7 days of the donation date along with the following details:
- Full Name
- Date and Time of Transaction
- Donation Amount
- Payment Method (UPI/Bank/Other)
- Transaction ID or Reference Number
- Screenshot or proof of payment
- Refund Request Process

After verification and internal review, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used.
- Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following scenarios are not eligible for refund:
- Change of heart after donation.
- Donations made anonymously without contact details.
- Unavailability of 80G certificate (due to missing PAN or address).
- Failure to notify the Trust within the refund window (7 days).
- Cancellation Policy
Since we do not offer products or services in exchange for donations, there is no formal “order” to cancel. However, if a recurring donation or standing instruction is set up, you may request cancellation of future payments by contacting us.
- Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, we aim to resolve the matter amicably through communication. If not resolved, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [City, State], India, as per applicable laws.
